To celebrate the publication of my memoir, Dangled Carat, I have several giveaways on my blogs - prizes include autographed copies of the book, a ring from Berricle jewelers and a $25 Victoria Secret gift card - I hope you can check it out...
Yesterday, late for an appointment outside my office, I travelled down 3 flights, walked the length of the (loooong) building, and across the (equally looong) parking lot only to discover I'd left my car keys on my desk. Oy.
I like how you put together those words. I have a long walk to pick up and return students to their classrooms. It is much worse when I forget which classroom I have to go to next.
I was thinking of a lost romance- silly me! That's probably why I thought the rolled up paper in the photo was a rose too. You can read anything you want into words. Hope the weekend gets better for you :)
on forgetting my wallet and returning from the mall.
ReplyDeleteI hate it when that happens. Hope your weekend gets better!

Wow! Great 6WS: it sounds so poetical! So full of emptiness and sadness. Love it.
ReplyDeleteThen again it's annoying when it happens!
